RETURNS&EXCHANGE
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. It can be sent back to us for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Before sending the return, please send an email to driftshoes1@outlook.com to obtain the return address and initiate the return.
All Items unless specified are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Note: the following conditions are not product defects.
1.Due to manual measurement, there may be a difference of 1-2 cm. Please read the product size details carefully when purchasing
2.Due to different screen monitors, slight color changes may occur
We will process the exchange/refund within 7 days after receiving the product. When your exchange/credit has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. We recommend that you track the package when returning it. Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, we will check its quality and any damage to ensure that the returned item is in its original condition.
Refund processing
Once the returned item has passed our inspection and quality inspection, we will contact you by email for the processing result. If it is an exchange, we will send a new product 3-4 days after processing. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
Shipping problem
When the product is broken or does not meet the instructions, due to our reasons, we will pay the return shipping fee; or keep the product and reach a partial refund with us. If you need to change styles, sizes, and different colors, you need to bear the freight.If the product does not meet the requirements of our return policy, we have the right to refuse the return or refund. All shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not refund the original shipping fee or return shipping fee.

COVID - 19
Most orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days, but please allow 3 to 5 business days before inquiring about your order. We ship Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.
*PLEASE NOTE: Delivery time for most orders is 7-15 days, due to COVID-19 resources may be limited at certain times causing shipping days to be pushed back. We appreciate your time and patience during these times.
Fraudulent Orders
Fraudulent orders are subject to verification. E-commerce fraud is an industry-wide problem, please be patient and respond to any order confirmation inquiries so that we can get your order out ASAP.
Cancel Order
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and a tracking number has been applied. We cannot alter the delivery in any way once shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Drift Shoes is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped. This email includes the order details with the tracking information to track your order. If the shipment tracking status shows 'Delivered' and the shipment is still 'lost' for reasons such as if the buyer is not available to receive the package OR if the shipment is left at doorstep, Drift Shoes is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package.
In the event of lost shipments, our customer service team will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact our Customer Service to help you file a claim.
Please note: to effectively file a claim, you must contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your tracking information. Shipping reimbursement is dependent on the shipping company's policies and procedures.
Drift Shoes is not responsible for reimbursing any additional amount than what is covered by the shipping carrier.
