📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow at least 1–2 business days before reaching out to us about your order status.

After your order is processed, standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays with international shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

No Hidden Fees

The price you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay—no extra charges upon delivery. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (if applicable) are already included at checkout.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Fraud Prevention

For your safety, some orders may be flagged for additional verification. If our system detects a high-risk transaction, the order will be placed on hold until we confirm the details with you. Please respond promptly to any confirmation emails so we can complete your order as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support at driftshoes1@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and tracking information has been issued, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout—we can’t change it once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. If this happens, please reach out to us so we can assist you with a claim.

However, if the tracking shows “Delivered” and the package is missing due to being left unattended or an incorrect address, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility. We recommend choosing a safe and secure delivery location and tracking the package closely.

To file a claim for a lost package, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to issue a refund. Please note that compensation cannot exceed the coverage provided by the shipping carrier.

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
