We accept a 30-day return time, if you are not completely satisfied, you can apply for a return. However, the returned items must be in an unworn condition. Without prior written communication, Drift Shoes will not accept any return by mail.

Rinse with water or throw them in the washing machine. Be sure to remove the insoles. You can use gentle detergent and a delicates bag for the best results.

There are a number of reasons why an order may get cancelled. It may be determined by the system as a fraudulent order, please contact Customer Support at driftshoes1@outlook.com.

In the event that your package is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price of your order minus initial and return shipping costs.

We currently only accept shipments to the US, Australia, UK and Canada, not anywhere else now.

Sizing varies among our styles, so we recommend checking out our Size Chart page to help determine your perfect fit.

The order status page updates in real time as the status of the shipment changes. Check your email, it's also part of the confirmation email. Let us know if you don't have it.

Please contact customer support at driftshoes1@outlook.com. We can only cancel or change products that have not been shipped. Once shipped, we will not be able to modify them. You can wait for the product to arrive at the address and contact the courier to modify it.
