Thank you for shopping with Drift Shoes! We’re committed to making sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Please read below for all the details on how to return or exchange an item.
📦 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order. No need to stress — just follow the simple steps below:
- Email us at driftshoes1@outlook.com to request a return authorization and receive the correct return address.
- Once approved, send the item back in its original condition with tags and packaging.
- We’ll process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receiving the item.
✅ Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable,” as well as free gifts, cannot be returned.
🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item and place a new order. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement within 3–4 business days.
💳 Refund Method & Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
- You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
- Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra business days to post the refund.

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required. To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Contact us by email to initiate the return and provide proof of purchase.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care or grooming products
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Final sale items or gift cards
📮 Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we cover the return shipping costs.
- If you’re returning due to sizing, color, or preference, you are responsible for return and reshipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
- Returns that do not meet our return policy may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.
Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring items over $35. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
We are responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if tracking does not show delivery. If the package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but is lost or stolen afterward (e.g., from your doorstep), we unfortunately cannot reimburse these losses. Please ensure a safe delivery location and track shipments carefully.

To protect our customers, we may require additional verification for certain orders. If your order is flagged for review, we will contact you by email. Prompt replies help us avoid delays.

By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Any disputes will be governed by applicable consumer protection laws and handled in the relevant jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
